    Oil change but told them I didn?t like my Ron on flat tires that I already had to replace 3 and I only have 26000 miles on them. They rotated them @nd cleaned out the corrosion between the wheel and the rim. They made me feel safe to be driving on them.

    Craig is outstanding in his customer service by picking up our car at our house, leaving his personal vehicle for us to use, and bringing our car back after the service. I also greatly appreciate the calls I receive from the service dept. detailing what needs to be done to my car, with estimated cost and then notifying me when the work is complete. Getting the car returned personally to my drive way, washed and cleaned interior is a big plus in my opinion. I highly recommend Hill Cadillac.

    I thought the labor price to replace rear door handle was outrageous.When Joe called me to tell me the handle needed to be replaced I was told it was 117.00 for the part. I never thought it would be 160.00 to install it.I would not had the handle replaced if I knew that.It didn't bother me that much.

    I called at 7:30 am to ask for an appointment to repair a flat and replace my spare. They told me to just come in. I had a busy morning planned and couldn?t get there until after 9. They took me right away, offered me coffee, gave me options for my tire, and I was home with a new tire by 11:30.
