    This was my first visit to your dealership. The service staff was ready to bring my vehicle in the moment I got there. Mark was very helpful in changing the batteries in my key fobs. They got my vehicle done with state inspection and full oil change, tire rotation etc very quickly. I felt extremely reassured that the customer waiting area was cleaned by your housekeeper. Thanks for taking good care of your customers!

    It was Charlie's first day at the service desk, and he was wonderful. First, he skillfully navigated the computer system for the services I required. Then when I asked if someone could help me with two technology questions about my (relatively new) car, he said he could help. We got in my car and within four minutes, Charlie solved issues that have been bothering me for four months. He is a tech whiz, and the other service personnel are happy to have such a knowledgeable co-worker!
